Hempstalk is one of the fastest growing events in the Portland, OR metro area supporting hemp education and music. Based on equality and knowledge, Hempstalk offers a variety of vendors and entertainers with peace and love in mind. powgnar was out in the mix with a coordinated booth with a local sportsman outfit, showing support, selling product, and reminding people to have fun!!
